Linde BOC Process Plants LLC and PHPK Announce Alliance to Manufacture Vacuum Insulated LNG Piping

Columbus, OH - July 14, 2006 - Linde BOC Process Plants LLC (LBPP) and PHPK Technologies (PHPK) have formed a strategic alliance agreement to design and manufacture vacuum jacketed piping for the global LNG market. The agreement allows for PHPK as a sub-contractor to LBPP to provide sales, marketing, engineering and the manufacture of sub-components. LBPP will provide material procurement and fabricate the final piping section assemblies.more
